Privacy Policy
Introduction
We take seriously the privacy of our website Members and Visitors. This privacy policy describes how we treat information, including personally identifiable information, in connection with your use of the podsach.com website and online service (the "Service"). You have a right to know what information we collect, how it is used and protected, and when it may be shared. Questions? Contact us at [email protected].
What This Policy Covers
This policy covers information we obtain from you when you visit our website, order Products, register as a Member, or join our VIP Seller Program. "Personally identifiable information" means data that can be used to identify or contact you in person — such as your name, telephone number, email address, or mailing address. Internal system identifiers (e.g. User IDs) are not considered personally identifiable information.
What This Policy Does Not Cover
This policy does not cover the privacy practices of third parties, including payment processors, delivery services, our Sellers, partners, or advertisers. We encourage you to review their policies before submitting personal information to them.
Consent To Processing In The United States
By using the Service, you consent to having your information transferred to and processed in the United States.

Information We Collect Automatically
Log Files & Analytics
We automatically gather information including your IP address, unique device identifier, browser type, referring/exit pages and URLs, click counts, domain names, and pages viewed. We may analyze this using our own analytics, Google Analytics, or similar third-party services.
Pixels & Web Beacons
We may use web beacons to measure webpage views, track online usage patterns, and track email open rates — helping us improve reporting accuracy and marketing effectiveness.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help us understand how you use our site and remember your preferences. You can configure your browser to disable cookies; refer to your browser's help section for instructions.
Do Not Track
The Service does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals sent from browsers.
Information We Do Not Collect
Children
You must be 18 or older to use the Service. In compliance with COPPA, we will never knowingly solicit or accept personally identifiable information from anyone known to be under 13 years of age. If you believe we have information from someone under 13, please notify us at [email protected].

Payments and fund transfers are processed by independent third-party payment providers. We do not receive or store payment card details. Please review the terms and privacy policies of any payment service you use.
How We Use Information
To Provide the Service
We use your information to provide you with the Service and to fulfill any Products you order through it.
Communications With You
Service-Related Announcements
We use your registered email to send important Service-related announcements — including email verification, password reset, security updates, and policy changes. These are a fundamental part of the Service; Members cannot opt out of them.
Promotional Announcements
We may occasionally send optional promotional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the footer of any such email, or in the "Account" section of your Member account.
Sister Services & Internal Analysis
We may use your information in connection with affiliated websites and entities under common ownership. We also use collected data to improve our site, analyze trends, and gather aggregate statistics about our user base.
How We Share & Disclose Information
For Service Delivery
We share your information with third parties as required to deliver the Service — for example, sharing your name and address with shipping partners when you order a physical product.
Connecting Buyers & Sellers
If you place an order from a VIP Seller, we share your email address with that Seller to enable direct communication and feedback.
Third-Party Service Providers
We engage service providers for marketing, IT infrastructure, payment processing, customer service, and data analysis. These providers may access your information solely in connection with work they perform for us and are not authorized to use or disclose it otherwise.
Aggregate & Linked Services
We may share anonymous aggregate statistics with partners or advertisers. We do not rent or sell your personally identifiable information to third parties outside our common corporate family. When we allow you to access linked third-party services, those services operate under their own privacy policies.
Legal Requirements & Acquisition
We reserve the right to disclose your information when legally required, to enforce our Terms of Service, to address fraud or security issues, or to protect our rights. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may transfer to the acquiring entity.
California Privacy Rights
California residents may request a list of personal information we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing in the preceding calendar year (once per year, free of charge). Email [email protected] with subject "Request for California Privacy Information".
How We Keep Information Secure
Member accounts are password protected — keep your password confidential and update it regularly. We and our partners employ commercially standard encryption and access controls to protect your data. No method of electronic storage or internet transmission is 100% secure; we strive to use commercially acceptable means but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Personal Choices
Members can view, edit, or delete their information from the "Settings" section of their Member account. To remove your account entirely, email [email protected]. To opt out of interest-based advertising, use the relevant opt-out tool for your region (opt-out is cookie-based and requires third-party cookies enabled).
Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Please check it periodically — significant updates will receive additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Questions? Contact us at [email protected].
